We are visiting Disney in 2 weeks with our 8 month old son. I have read he can ride any of the rides without height restrictions. On the rides does he have to sit on his own or can he be held? Thanks!

    Hi, Alicia!

You will find many family friendly attractions that you can enjoy with your little Mouseketeer!  You will be able to hold him on the wonderful attractions like it's a small world or Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh just to name a few.   These are slow moving cars that do not require a seat belt (some may have loose fitting lap bars, but nothing tight that would keep you from holding your little one.)

If you ever have any questions about an attraction, feel free to speak with a cast member at the beginning of a queue to make sure you feel comfortable taking your son with you.

Have a great time in Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
