I am visiting Disney for a weekend trip in August, staying at The Beach Club...is there a place outside of Epcot (no admission) where you can see Illuminations?

    Hi, Denise!

    This is a great question!

You're going to love Disney's Beach Club Resort; my family and I were there for Spring Break this year and everyone absolutely loved it. The location on Disney's Boardwalk is not only convenient, but it's filled with great dining and entertainment options as well.

Take a look at this map of Disney's Beach Club Resort and pan down a little bit. Find that bridge which is just below and to the right of the resort. (It's the one that's to the left of the waterway that separates the Boardwalk area and Epcot's World Showcase.) My favorite spot to view the fireworks portion of Illuminations (everything that's on the water will be hidden behind the treeline) is right on that bridge. Just a few steps away from the doors of your resort, it's a wonderful place to view the fireworks without needed admission to Epcot.

    Have a great stay, Denise!

Be sure to send more questions as you think of them; we love to help!
