How ya doin' Thijmen and welcome to planDinsey!
You've picked my absolute favorite time in the whole world to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. Grim grinning ghosts will be coming out to socialize during your visit and it makes for quite a swinging wake.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is always a highlight for fall travelers and I recommend it to anyone lucky enough to be there for the season.
The party starts a 7 p.m. and requires a separate ticket. Guests who are attending will be able to begin entering
Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4 p.m. while Guests who have regular tickets will be expected to exit the park by 7 p.m. If catching
Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade is on your must-do list, as it should be, I definitely suggest getting that party ticket. Between that and the
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, you definitely don't want to miss it.
Pro-tip: I usually prefer to either do a different park the day I attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or no park at all. The party definitely brings a late night. I'd prefer a more mellow morning of eating and drinking my way around the world at the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival or a morning relaxing by the pool at my
Disney Resorts Collection hotel.
Thijmen, I hope I've given you some things to think about for your September stay. If you happen to see me celebrating the
50th Anniversary Celebration, don't be afraid to say hi. If you have any other questions before then, please
come back for another chat!Happy planning!
