We will be visiting Disney in October. Our party consists of 2 adults and 2 children. I will not be able to ride certain rides but both of my children will want to. Can we use the rider switch so that my husband can ride with each child?

    Hello Lacie,

How exciting that your magical trip is so close! It will be here before you can say "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!" October is a wonderful time to visit as the weather turns a bit milder in temperatures and so many fun special events, like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

Rider Switch is a fantastic service offered at Walt Disney World. Yes, your husband will be able to utilize this to ride with both of your children since you are not able to. My family used it when I was pregnant and when my youngest was a baby and could not go on many rides. There may even be attractions that your husband can ride with both children at the same time without having to do Rider Switch. For example, Space Mountain and Test Track hav spots for three together (one behind the other) without being separated in the ride.

I hope you have an amazing time making magical memories together. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel and feel free to stop by with more last minute questions before you leave.
