    We will be visiting Disney in October. We have been to Disney, but we have never gone to the water parks. My daughter will be 8 and my son will be 7. Which water park would you recommend for their age group? Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon? Thanks!

    Hi Eleanor,

    My family loves the water parks! I recommend Typhoon Lagoon based on the ages of your children. While Blizzard Beach is a lot of fun, there are quite a few "big kid" slides there. In addition, a lot of the slides have a bunch of steps to climb so their legs will get tired. My youngest 2 kids much prefer Typhoon Lagoon. The lazy river, "Storm Slides", family raft rides and more will likely be their favorites.
