At this time, Disney Dining Plans are available exclusively to Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels with Magic Your Way Vacation Packages or Disney Vacation Club Members staying at select resorts.

I'm sorry you won't be able to take advantage of the Disney Dining Plans but I know you are going to have a magical vacation. November is one of my favorite months to visit Walt Disney World. Enjoy every moment of your vacation!
