Hi We are going to be visiting Disney May24-29 with our two kids girl aged 4 and boy aged 6 1/2. What would be a good itinery to avoid the memorial day crowds. We will be living in Disney so will have access to the extra magic hours.

    Hi Shalini!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

I suggest visiting the independent website TouringPlans.com.  That's the website for the research team behind the tour book "The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World".  They are famous in the Disney fan community for producing a crowd calendar that predicts the crowd levels in the different parks on different days.  For each day, they recommend which parks to visit and which to avoid.  Their recommendations are based on a lot of math and years of data collection.  As an engineering, I'm a huge fan of their work.

While you are on their website, you should also look at their touring plans.  Those are step by step instructions on how to visit the parks.  They can help you maximize the attractions you can experience while minimizing your wait in lines.  You will need to pay a small subscription fee, but I think it is well worth it.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
