    Visiting Disney late August, can the free dining plan we have with our vacation package be upgraded ?

    Congratulations on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World!

    The Disney Dining Plan is such a great value - especially when it's FREE! 

    But, yes, you can upgrade it by calling the agency through whom you made your reservations.
