We will be visiting Disney Jan 2010 with our 8 year old and almost 4 year old sons. We purchased the Disney Dining plan that gives us 1 CS, 1 TS and one snack each day. Our 4 year old son will definitely NOT use all his meal credits, what can we do?

Hi Wendy - we are in the same situation with our son, who is now 3.  When he was under 3, we were able to split meals, but now he is required to have the meal plan.

Unfortunately, if you do have the dining plan, you are required to purchase the plan for your son.  For table service meals, you'll probably have to order him a separate meal at the table, or use the credit for a buffet.

For quick service meals, you can be more flexible, and have your children share one meal.  That will give you an extra credit to use at another time, for another meal.

I'm fairly certain you'll use all of the snack credits - keep in mind that you can use them for lots of different snack options throughout the parks, including Goofy's Candy Company in Downtown Disney (my favorite place to use snack credits.

    Have a great vacation!
