I will be visiting Disney with my husband and 6 year old daughter during Thanksgiving and I wanted to get advise on room location....We want to be near the main pool...what should I request? Is there a parking lot nearby (we will have a rental car).

Howdy Yvonne!!  Walt Disney World during Thanksgiving...MAGICAL!

Regarding your request to be near the pool, I would suggest that you contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 and ask them to note your request on your reservation.  Then, when you are 10 days out from your check-in date, call your Resort hotel directly and make sure your request is noted on your reservation. The Cast Members assigning the rooms will do their best to accommodate you.

Where will you be staying?  If you can give me the name of your Resort hotel, I can provide you with further details regarding the parking lot locations.  Or you can contact the Resort hotel directly and ask for further information.  You will find a complete list of all of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels on the Walt Disney World website.

Thanks so much for your question and please let me know if you need any further information as you plan your vacation. Have a magical day!
