Visiting Disney when Galaxy's Edge opens in August, when visiting Hollywood Studios are we best to get there early or leave it till later in the day?

Hi, Katie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

How amazing that you will be at the Walt Disney World Resort in time to visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge! You must be super excited!

While it's hard to imagine how visitors will choose to explore Batuu, one thing is certain: Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel will have the advantage to visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge after September 1.

The "Extra" Extra Magic Hours will grant them daily early access to Disney's Hollywood Studios from 6:00 a.m until 9:00 a.m., and will be offered until November 2. Considering that the benefit is exclusive for a limited number of people, the early mornings are undoubtedly the best time to visit Batuu.

If you haven't planned to stay at a Disney Resort hotel, there is still time! There are some rooms available around your arrival date, and, while availability may always change, you have a good chance of booking the room of your dreams!

By making a reservation at a Disney Resort hotel, you will enjoy many other handy benefits like the complimentary transportation and Theme Park parking.

I hope these tips help you plan for a fantastic visit to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Katie. Let us know if we can help you again before you travel through hyperspace on your way to Batuu!

May the magic (and the Force) be with you,

    Julie
