How exciting to be planning your first visit to Walt Disney World!  To help with your planning, I'd visit www.touringplans.com, which is an independent website that does all the work for you. There are over 100 itineraries that will help you to meet everyone's interests as much as possible. There is a small fee for this website, but one that I found worthwhile.

If it helps, I thought I'd share sampling of a few attractions that your children may enjoy based on their interests. You may find it helpful to have one day devoted to each of your children where s/he gets to pick something special.

Sports:  ESPN Club, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Sports and Recreation Opportunities
Cars: Lights, Motor, Action; Mater & Lightning McQueen; Tomorrowland Speedway, Disney's Art of Animation Resort with the Cars Section
Princesses: Meeting Princesses, New Fantasyland, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique

Please let us know if we can help further; we all know how overwhelming it can be to plan a first WDW trip.
