Hello, I am visiting Disney would with my family in June. My 2 year old daughter has chronic pneumonia, due to an extra bronchus. I was wondering how to go about getting a guest assistance pass to avoid waiting in the horrible heat for rides.?

    Hi Stacey,

Thanks for writing to me.  Many guests who have children with special needs report that the Disney Parks are an incredibly user-friendly destination for their families.  I'm happy to say that I'm one of them!  In order to obtain a Guest Assistance Card (GAC) for your little princess, simply visit Guest Relations at whichever park you go to first.  With a two-year-old in tow, I'm guessing that might just be Magic Kingdom!  Once you enter the park, stay to your left, and you'll find Guest Relations inside City Hall.  You'll receive one card which will be effective for the duration of your trip for your daughter and up to five people in your party.  You'll need to present it to the cast member staffing each attraction you would like to ride, and they will direct you to the appropriate entrance.

I hope your daughter and entire family have a magical trip!
