We are visiting Disney as a family of 10, including 4 family units, in January 2015. We plan to stay at Disney Resort. Would it be more cost effective to book 4 individual rooms? Or would it be better to book 2 suites/villas?

    Hi Katrina,

Several years ago my side of the family, all eighteen of us, traveled to Walt Disney World together. We had a great debate on where to stay so I completely understand your dilemma. If you are looking for the most cost effective solution, you might want to start with a budget and work from there. Deciding on the budget might make the decision for you!

We also looked at location because we had a family member with mobility issues. After looking at budget and location, we also decided we wanted a kitchen or kitchenette to be able to have breakfast before we left the resort. We ended up staying in two two-bedroom villas and one one-bedroom villa at Disney's Beach Club Villas. It was a bonus for the kids to have a splashtastic time at Stormalong Bay.

Please let me know if I can help you with any other questions.
Wishing you and your family a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
