Hello, Monica,Wow! I can't think of a more wonderful way to celebrate your children's birthdays than on a Disney cruise aboard the inspiring Disney Adventure. I'm confident that you are all going to love it!A personalized video greeting service like what you described isn't currently offered. There is a complimentary character phone call service. Unfortunately, that service is currently only available to residents of the United States, most provinces of Canada, and the United Kingdom.I am hopeful you will find another option to help your children feel the excitement and anticipation of what awaits them. When my family went on our first Disney cruise, I designed our own personalized "tickets" on my computer with the dates and ports of our cruise printed on the tickets. Father Christmas helped me put each child's "ticket" in their stocking on Christmas Eve so that they woke up to a very special surprise the next morning. Another thrilling option that we like is purchasing an onboard gift. One of our favorite things is to select an in-room decor option, particularly the birthday celebration decorations. The stateroom host always has the room decorations set up before we enter our stateroom on embarkation day.Tony's Tip: I recommend having your children's birthdays noted under the "Special Requests" section of your My Reservations page. That will inform your rotational dining team and others so they are more prepared to share birthday greetings with your children too.I hope you have an unforgettable time on the Disney Adventure, Monica. Be sure to visit us again here at planDisney if you have any more questions about your upcoming Disney cruise.Bon voyage, Monica!~Tony
