    Visiting in 2014 and have the Deluxe Dining Plan. On the PDF for 2014 Deluxe Dining there are "NO" Downtown Disney table service restaurants are on the Plan, yet there were many in 2013. Is it possible this may change?

    Don't give up just yet!  Each year, it seems all my favorites will not be on the Disney Dining Plan then by the start of the new calendar year, just like magic they sign up and participate in the plan.  Keep checking throughout 2013 to see which locations get added on for 2014.  While I cannot guarantee every single restaurant will return, in my experience I think you will find most will be added to the list.  Happy dining!
