we will be visiting in 5/ 2013, still deciding on the resort. My daughter and I are flying down from NY, and my mom who lives in FL is driving to meet us and stay. What is the best was to book our stay? book us and add her? or all room/dinig, then flight

Hi Kim!  Since your mom is going to be sharing your room you will want to book that room with her on the reservation. That way you can all be on the dining plan. Once you have chosen the resort, dining plan, and type of park tickets you can work on your flights for you and your daughter. If you mom arrives earlier then you she can then check into the room since her name is on the reservation. In fact it might be nice if she is there and the room is ready as she could add some surprises for your daughter in the room before you arrive??!!

PIcking the resort is a tough job...so many great ones on property!  Maybe the new value resort, Art of Animation is a choice since it offers those wonderful family suites. In the moderates I like many but Port Orleans is probably my option in this category. If your budget allows you can't go wrong with any of the Deluxe. My family loves the Yacht and Beach Club with its close proximity to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

Sounds like a great time you will have being all together for this wonderful vacation!
