visiting in December and wanted to visit Universal Island Of Adventure, can the Disney Resort I am staying in help me with tickets and transportation?

Hi, Maribel! Your WDW vacation will be here before you know it, and you're going at a great time of year! Oftentimes, our family will stay at WDW and spend time at other theme parks in the Orlando area.  Unlike other resorts, the concierge at your Disney resort will be unable to help you secure tickets or transportation off property -- unless you want to hire a taxi/town car or rent  a car. In addition, the WDW does not offer bus transportation off property unless you are traveling to/from the Orlando International Airport on a scheduled flight. Therefore, it is in your best interest to investigate and secure tickets and transportation prior to your arrival.

Depending on how much time you'll spend off WDW property, I would suggest renting a car, and I definitely think you should look into purchasing theme park tickets before you arrive. A WDW Travel Planner can help you with information about renting a car at 407-WDISNEY, and if you booked your travel through a third-party such as a travel agency, you can speak to your agent about other theme park tickets, too.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
