Hello there Emma, welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with your great question.
You are on top of your Disney game, I'm so glad that you're already looking to make your
theme park reservations for your upcoming visit. You are correct that usually the theme park reservations become available 120 days in advance, but it's not always a perfect science, and it's not always 120 days out to the day. If you do have a
multi-day theme park ticket, I am seeing availability on the
theme park reservation availability calendar as I'm typing this! I would try to make your theme park reservation again, I'm hoping that they just weren't released yet when you last checked.
If you are still having trouble, do not worry, you have a few options! The first thing that I would recommend is to connect with a local travel agent who specializes in trips to the Disneyland Resort. They will have the best advice on how to make your trip to the States as smooth as possible for your family! You could also try reaching out to a helpful Cast Member
via email or by calling the
Tickets Guest Services line if that is an option for you.
I see that you'll be visiting during
Holiday Time, it's such a magical time of year to visit. I highly recommend checking out the
Disney Festival of Holidays at
Disney California Adventure Park. There's vibrant entertainment to enjoy throughout the day as well as delicious foods to try from holiday celebrations around the world!
Best of luck securing your reservations Emma! If we can help with any other questions before your trip, please
come back and ask!
Have a magical day!
Melissa
