We will be visiting in December and our children would like to do the Art of Animation drawing class. We are trying to fit it into our schedule for them, but need to know the approximate duration of the class. We know the schedule but need length. Thanks.

Hello Greg! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The drawing classes at Disney's Art of Animation Resort are one of the Endlessly Magical details that make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation so special.

My family and I always try to make time whenever we have the opportunity to take drawing classes for Disney Characters, whether at Disney's Art of Animation Resort or on the Disney Cruise Line. It was during a drawing class that my daughter first became aware of the character Stitch from Lilo & Stitch and it has remained her favorite Disney Character to this day.

Having taken many Animation Classes at Walt Disney World Resort and elsewhere, I can say that the class runs for roughly 30 minutes depending on the instructor and the progress of the students. A class usually consists of 2 drawn characters that each Guest may take home as a souvenir of their magical experience.

Be sure to check with Guest Services before arriving at Disney's Art of Animation Resort at (407)938-7000 before you arrive as schedules are subject to change without notice.

    Enjoy the Experience!
