We will be visiting Dec 3rd. Are the water parks heated water or should we bring shorty wet suits?

Hi Scott.   Yes, many of the attractions at the water parks will have the water heated.   This is also true for the pools at the Disney resorts.   Now, as to the question of whether its heated enough to just wear traditional bathing suits, that depends upon your tolerance for cooler weather.

You will find that Florida weather can fluctuate in December, with the average high temperate being in the low 70's.     On cooler days, despite the temperature they set the water at, the breeze may make it chilly for certain folks.   That would include me.    However, I reside in Florida and you Minnesota, so your gauge as to what's cold could be significantly different.    If you happen to have wet suits, it obviously can't hurt to bring along!     Hope this helps.
