Hi Kerry! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm excited to hear about your upcoming extended holiday to the
Walt Disney World Resort! Having 14 days to fully explore the parks, resorts, and everything in between will allow you to set the pace of enjoying all the magical experiences that await. Let's jump into your question and help you get set for some fantastic dining options during your stay.
When
Advanced Dining Reservations open up for you to begin booking 60 days in advance, you will be able to make them for the first ten days of your trip. For the remaining four days, you'll need to book your reservations at the 60-day mark for each of those days. The system will only allow you to book as far in advance as the first ten days, then you'll have to log back in to complete the rest. I would try to book the hard-to-get dining reservations with the extra window you have during the first ten days and save some of the easier ones for the last part of your visit. For example, if dining at
Topolino's Terrance for breakfast is a priority, fitting this into day 9 or 10 may be your best bet since you'll be booking this almost 70 days in advance. While it may be a slight inconvenience to have to log back on multiple days to secure your final reservations, this will be your only option if you want to book table-service restaurants as far in advance as you can.
Speaking of a must-do during your stay, carve out some time to head over to
Disney's Boardwalk to dine at Flying Fish. This dining location has quickly become one of my favorites, and for good reason. The food is incredibly delicious, the relaxed ambiance is perfect, and the service is top-notch. If you're in this area at night, you'll catch some of the dazzling performers entertaining Guests along the Boardwalk.
Kerry, I hope you have a magical time during your stay!
