Visiting 3/7 and 8. CRT was booked, so I booked a 1:45 lunch, 3/7, at the Princess lunch in Epcot. Is this a bad idea due to the travel? We'll be in MK that day. The goal is to have a quality character experience and cut down on waiting to meet princesses

I wouldn't say it's a bad idea, Becca, but depending upon your priorities you might decide to think twice.  Here's the thing: the trip from Magic Kingdom to Epcot will take about an hour by the time you factor in the monorail ride, getting through the Epcot entrance and walking to Norway.  I'm assuming that you will return to the Magic Kingdom after your princess meal so add in another hour of travel time.  Now, if you have a little one with her heart set on dining with royalty, then all that traveling may very well be worth it to you.  If, however, your priority is to see as much as you can in the short two day visit, you might find that your time is better spent in a single park each day.  While I understand your desire to cut down on wait time to meet the princesses, you may be better off queuing up for meet and greet opportunities at Magic Kingdom.  It all really depends on your priorities for this trip.  Good luck with your decision!
