We will be visiting this Christmas; Dec. 21-27th. We really want to take the kids to the Christmas Day Parade that is televised on TV on Christmas morning. How do I make this happen? Thank you!

    Hello Renae,

I have always wanted to be in the Magic Kingdom as the Christmas Day Parade marches down Main Street. I think it would make for such a magical experience!

But if history repeats itself, you may be out of luck. In the past, the Parade you see on television has been filmed prior to the holidays and then broadcast on Christmas Day. Filming usually occurs in early December.

The Theme Parks will still have activities going on during the time you will visit, just not the live televised parade.

    Hope this helps!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
