Yes, your Batuuan Spira can be reloaded with additional “credits” at any Disneyland Resort shop that sells Disney Gift Cards. A Disney Gift Card, even the variety that comes from a galaxy far, far away, can be loaded with as much as $US 1000. You can also purchase a Disney Gift Card eGift online to transfer its value to your Spira. Use your My Cards page on the Disney Gift Card website to transfer funds between gift cards and check their current balances.
