Greetings, Lina! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question!
I am so impressed that you are already planning your vacation for 2019! Advanced planning certainly goes a long way, in my opinion, to having a stress-free trip. The dates for the
Holidays this year probably won't be released until early autumn. In order to be one of the first to get the news when it is announced, subscribe to the
Disney Parks Blog and follow them on social media. I can tell you that in years past, the Holidays have continued a few days into January. So if you are planning on visiting very early in the month, there's a good chance that you will get to enjoy the majestic Christmas trees, beautiful garlands, and all the twinkling lights around the parks.
If you haven't yet decided on a hotel, I absolutely recommend staying at one of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels. All of these hotels are mere steps away from the parks and the Downtown Disney District and you get access to my favorite perk:
Extra Magic Hour every day of your stay. Extra Magic Hour allows you to enter one of the parks one hour early each day and Extra Magic Hour at Disney California Adventure Park is exclusively for Disneyland Resort Hotel Guests. It's astonishing how much you can see and do when you start your days early.
Please stop by again if you have any other questions as you plan your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!
