Hi Chrissy and welcome to planDisney!
I cannot think of anywhere else in the world that I would rather spend my birthday than the Magic Kingdom - your daughter is a lucky girl!
The dates for
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are usually announced in April/May (
in 2024 they were published on the Disney Parks Blog on 6 May.) This usually forms part of the
Halfway to Halloween announcements.
I would therefore highly recommend that you keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog around this time so that you'll be able to plan to see
Happily Ever After during your trip.
Should you find that Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is taking place on your daughter's birthday, I would definitely consider purchasing Special Event Tickets for the party. Not only is it my absolute favourite Special Event held at Walt Disney World but, it would also be a wonderful, way to celebrate a birthday.
Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, which takes place during the party, features lasers, fireworks and more! There will also be much more going on doing the party including Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, meet-and-greets with Disney friends dressed in their Halloween costumes and the ability to Trick-or-Treat throughout the park, to name just a few.
Chrissy, I hope that this has helped with the planning of your Summer trip. Feel free to re-visit us here, at planDisney, should you have any other questions.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
