Hi Susan,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I have it on good authority that Mickey and Minnie Mouse are delighted your girls are coming to the Walt Disney World Resort on their first visit!
As a mom of two girls, I have discovered that their interests can be as divergent as the planets. Having said that, there are some must-dos. First, know how to find all
Disney Princesses at the Walt Disney World Resort. We always visit either Cinderella and Elena or Rapunzel and Tiana in Princess Fairytale Hall. Also decide which
Frozen at Walt Disney World Resort experiences you must do. On our last visit, we did a pre-park opening breakfast reservation at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, then journeyed through Arendelle on Frozen Ever After and stopped by to visit Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus.
Second, you must make dining reservations for character meals. When our girls were younger, they adored putting on royal attire and dining with Cinderella and her princess friends at Cinderella's Royal Table. I always brought their princess dresses with us along with shoes and accessories. Every princess, however, must learn how to save her kingdom. Our girls love Jedi Training - Trials of the Temple. We do a pre-park opening breakfast reservation at Hollywood & Vine, then head over to sign the girls up for training when we get in the park.
Susan, the rides, of course, are the main attraction. Our girls love Dumbo the Flying Elephant, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Swiss Family Treehouse, Tomorrowland Speedway, The Barnstormer, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Na'vi River Journey, Toy Story Mania!, Soarin' and Test Track. Check the height requirements!
Be sure to also see the Happily Ever After fireworks show - it is AMAZING!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
