We will be visiting in April 2020, we are doing a full day trip on the 13th and it’s our sons first time (Clyde is 1 1/2) annnnd we were hoping to reveal the gender of baby number 2 coming this September! Are there things we can do in front of the castle?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ashley, and may I say, CONGRATULATIONS! I'm so excited to hEAR that you'll not only be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, but making the Most Magical announcement there as well! You will treasure those pictures in front of Cinderella Castle

My recommendation would be to take a look at the new offering, Capture Your Moment done through Disney PhotoPass. With this service, you book a personalized session for 20 minutes at Magic Kingdom Park at one location. If you like, you are welcome to book a double session for 40 minutes with the option for two locations. For a special moment, this might be perfect for your expanding family. You can also stop into the Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A. before your shoot to pick up some personalized Mickey Ears to add a little extra pixie-dust to your photos.

Ashley, I hope this helps as you are thinking ahead to your April vacation. I visited the Walt Disney World Resort at the exact same stage of life, with a 1-year-old and a baby on the way, and at that time, my son's favorite attraction was The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. If you haven't experienced this before, make sure to stop by!

Best wishes, Ashley, for a Magical trip that is picture-perfect. Come on back and see us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other vacation planning questions you might have,
