Hiya Cynthia,
Thank you for letting planDisney play a small role in planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacations over the years. The pixie dust obviously flows in your family's veins; if I understand things correctly, first your daughter got to march in Disney World three years ago, and now your son gets to have a similarly magical experience in Magic Kingdom Park in April. What a proud parent you must be!
Valid admission, a theme park reservation, and a method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) are currently required for theme park entry. Your first task is to link both tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. You can do this
online or in the
My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the home page --> Tickets and Passes --> Link Tickets and Passes).
Once your tickets are linked, you can check the
theme park reservation availability calendar and make
theme park reservations. Recent changes to the theme park reservation system now require you to designate which ticket is being used when you make a theme park reservation. If you've already made some theme park reservations, I'd just
double-check each theme park reservation by clicking "Modify Reservation" to make sure the correct ticket was assigned. When making a new theme park reservation, simply select the ticket you'd like to use before continuing with your date and park selection. MagicBands linked to your My Disney Experience account are automagically connected to all tickets and theme park reservations in your account.
If you need any help filling those extra days, Cynthia, I highly recommend an
Enchanting Extras Collection experience such as a
Capture Your Moment photo session or
Fireworks Dessert Party. Purchasing Disney Genie+ service on your park days will also help maximize the magic on your park days.
As a music educator, I want to thank you for raising your children in the magic and the music. If you have any trip-planning questions between now and April,
you know where to find us.
Plan magic; planDisney.
Jennifer
