    Visiting AK on Jan 25th. We wanted to eat at Ohanas since Ak closes and 5 pm, but we can't get a reservation. Is there another restaurant that you recommend for a family full of picky eaters? Thanks

    Hi Crystal,

    'Ohana is a very popular restaurant.  It's fun, and there's something for just about everyone to enjoy.  However, it can be difficult to get a reservation.

    Have you ever dined at Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge?  It's a similar atmosphere with games and antics to keep the kids entertained.  The canyon skillet supper is an all you care to eat dish that includes chicken, ribs, pulled pork, mashed potatoes, beans, corn on the cob, salad, coleslaw and corn-bread.  There are also other menu options for guests who may not like so much meat in their meal.

    This is also a popular restaurant, but I usually have more luck securing a reservation here than at 'Ohana.
