We are visiting again in August 2013 and wondered if there were any dining options at the Beast's Castle, like they have at Cinderella's castle? Thanks.

    Hi Carol,

You are in for a treat! The Beast's castle in the New Fantasyland is home to Be Our Guest restaurant. The West Wing, the Ballroom and the Library are re-created in minute detail. Be Our Guest serves lunch and dinner and is one of the most popular restaurants at Walt Disney World right now.

Lunch is quick service (no reservations), and the menu includes sandwiches, salads and main dishes, plus yummy desserts. I'm partial to the braised pork and the triple chocolate cupcake.

Reservations are required for dinner, and I suggest you try to make them immediately if you are interested. The spots often are filled soon after the start of the 180-day reservation window. I've had the salmon and the appetizer trio and thought it all was delicious. The dessert cart at dinner is the same as lunch -- filled with those tasty cupcakes and cream puffs.

I hope you get a chance to dine there during your visit so that you can see inside. It is amazing! The line can get long at lunch, so I suggest going early or waiting until about 2 for the shortest wait to enter.

Please let me know if I can answer any other questions as you plan your visit. Enjoy!
