Hi! When I visited WDW as a teen I remember one of the sidewalks in Epcot having fiberoptic lights in it to make it light up in different patterns, is this still there or am i dreaming? Also I have always wondered where the statues are that come to life?

    Hi Stephanie!

You have a wonderful memory!!!   The fiberoptic lights still make their magic on the walkways sprinkled throughout Future World in Epcot.  My three sons had so much fun experiencing these lights last week - somehow they had never seen them before!  They are truly one of those unexpected doses of magic that Disney is so famous for!

If you are looking for the Living Statues, sadly they are no longer found at Walt Disney World.  In the past, you could find them randomly in France and Italy, but this is no longer the case.  If I may offer some alternative entertainment, be sure to look for DiVine in the Animal Kingdom.  This "living vine" is amazing to watch and she can usually be found along the walkways in Africa and Asia....that is if you can find her!

    Much pixie dust,
