We visited WDW in 2005 and purchased the park hopper passes with no expiration knowing we'd be back in a few years. Now we are planning a trip for March 2011. How can we find out how many days remain on those passes?

Oh, I so wish I had a better answer for you, but you will have to wait until you arrive in WDW to have your tickets checked.  I have tried everything to find someone who will check tickets by phone, but you simply have to do it in person.

Take your tickets to any ticket window or guest relations and they can quickly check your tickets to see what you have left.   Depending on the ticket, you can sometimes use those tickets and upgrade to additional days.  (See a cast member at a ticket window for details and pricing.)

I would love to give you better information, but this is just how it works.  Not that it will help much now, but I have learned to keep track of my days on the back of my ticket.  Also, make sure to mark your ticket with your name and cell phone number in case they are lost while in the parks (really happened to me, and I was called the next day by Lost and Found - pure Disney magic!)

Good luck, and I hope you have a lot of days left on those tickets!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
