We visited WDW in 2009 and purchased the no expiration option. We are going to WDW again in October and I cannot remember if we had one or two tickets left over. How can I figure this out?

Hi there Tracy!  How exciting to hear that you will be revisiting Walt Disney World again this Fall!

To inquire about the number of days remaining on your non-expirational passes, you'll need to call Disney World Ticketing at (407)566-4985.  Be sure to have the actual ticket handy in order to reference the numbers on the back.  If you are unsuccessful in obtaining this information via telephone, you will be able to have them scanned at any guest service locations upon arrival to Walt Disney World.

Please let me now if you have any additional questions!  It is my pleasure to sprinkle Pixie Dust on this magical adventure.

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
