We visited WDW the last week of August and are now planning our next trip for the week of April 22-28. How do crowd levels and weather compare?

    Hi Jona,

I think you'll find that April weather at Walt Disney World is simply glorious!  Online weather sites suggest that April days typically see temperatures in the mid-70's.  From my perspective, it doesn't get better than that.  You'll want to have a light jacket on hand for the evenings, but shorts and short-sleeved shirts should be perfect during the day.  I think you'll find that April temperatures are much more comfortable than what you experienced in late August.

Crowds in late April 2012 should be better than what you experienced in late summer 2011 because most school children will be attending classes at that time.  Lines for attractions will be shorter and you'll be able to see more of the magic in less time.

Overall, it sounds like you picked the perfect time to visit Walt Disney World!  Be sure to take time to explore the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival during your vacation.  It is a breath-taking celebration of spring that you won't want to miss!

    Have a blast!
