    We visited WDW in December but were unable to snag a res at Be Our Guest. Currently, I am planning our next trip for Sept. 2013. I know I can book 180 days in advanced and but I need to know what time I can book it. Is it midnight or 7 am est?

    Hi Laura!

    You can book 180 days in advance.  Online reservation booking opens at 6 am Eastern.  Phone booking opens up an hour later on the phones, so online does give you a bit of an advantage.  Make sure you take time the night before to have everything 'set up' so to speak (login ready, resort reservation number linked to your login) so that everything goes smoothly in the morning.  (because if you're like me, you might not be 'with it' that early in the morning!)
