I visited WDW in August and purchased Memory Maker. We thought we downloaded all of our pictures, but noticed some were not downloaded and have recently expired. Is there still a way to retrieve the expired pictures?

Hi Jim!

I love looking at our Disney PhotoPass pictures after we return from a visit to Walt Disney World. The Seven Dwarf Mine Train videos and family pics in front of Cinderella Castle are my favorites.

Once I missed a PhotoPass deadline. 45 days seems like so much time, but the expiration date can sneak up on you. There were a few pictures I really wanted, so I called a Cast Member at PhotoPass Guest Support and was able to reinstate the pictures for an extension fee. Typically an extension is applied before your pictures expire, but PhotoPass was able to find my pics for me and make them available to download after the deadline. Call PhotoPass at (407) 560-4300 or contact them online and see if they can help your retrieve your pictures.
