    We visited WDW Aug 2012 and are planning our next trip back to WDW June 2015. We still have out refillable mugs purchased from our hotel resort,can they be reused or would we need to purchase new mugs?Also I've heard these new mugs have a chip? Pls explain

    Hello from one fellow Texan to another!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to use your mugs that were purchased from a previous visit.  The new Rapid Fill refillable mugs do contain RFID chips.  Guests will be able to purchase 1 day, 2 days, 3 days or packages which will cover your length of stay.  A plus to this new system is that your new Rapid Fill mugs can be refilled at ANY Walt Disney World Resort.  In the past, guests were only allowed to refill them at their home resort.  You can easily inquire about pricing once you arrive at your WDW Resort.
