    We just visited this past January, when I purchased the Minnie/Mickey pocket book for myself. (a souvennier I can use!).3 months later, one of the silver, metal, turn clasps for the 2 front pockets, has fallen off. Is there a return/replacement policy?

    Hi Bonnie!  I am so sorry you have need to repair or replace a recent purchase. It is always frustrating to buy something you love to only have something go wrong with it after such a short time.  Your best bet is to have your purchase receipt. With that you can usually exchange the damaged item for the new item without difficulty. Without it I am not sure what they can do to help but it is worth a try.  Please call the merchandizing numbers at 407-363-6200 or 407-934-6111. Discuss the issue you have had and hopefully they will be able to make the replacement for you by mail.
