    Hi... I visited the parks with my family in May between 15-18, 2017. Unfortunately, i didnt download the disney photos until now, and now i cannot see them anymore in the disney App or online, perhaps they expired. How can I get to download the photos now?

    I'm sorry that your pictures have expired.  PhotoPass photos are in the account for 45 days.  I've linked the PhotoPass Help & Support page here so you can get more detailed information as well as contact information for that service specifically.

    I really hope you're able to track down your vacation photos.  Sending pixie dust your way!
