Ronnie from MA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Visited in June & we booked another visit in 6/25 with the future stay offer. We have two rooms & park tickets with two confirmation #'s. It's possible some guests can't make it. How long do we have to make changes/cancellations

Hey there, Ronnie! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited to connect with you! It's clear we share a passion for Disney magic—booking a trip right after your last visit is such a great way to keep the excitement alive! I love that you took advantage of a fantastic offer, too. Way to go! Now, let's chat about something super fun and extremely important: the terms and conditions.

You're absolutely right about how flexible Disney World is when it comes to travel packages and hotel reservations. Life happens, and plans can change, so it's nice knowing we can adjust things when needed. According to the 2025 package terms and conditions, here's the scoop: if you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, you can get a full refund. Just keep in mind that there may be some cancellation fees from third-party hotels or other suppliers, along with any non-refundable runDisney race registrations, travel protection plans, or other owed amounts.

For cancellations made between 2 to 29 days before your arrival, there's a $200 cancellation fee per package. Unfortunately, if you cancel 1 day or less before your arrival or if you're a no-show, the full package price is non-refundable.

A couple of other important things to remember: personalized products or experiences aren't refundable if you cancel, and there are no refunds for early departures from the hotel or for any unused or partially used tickets, options, or meals.

If you decide to change your reservations, like altering your travel dates, length of stay, party size, or hotel accommodations, those changes are subject to availability and the prices at the time of the change. Any price increases will be your responsibility. Plus, if changes are made 30 days or less before your arrival, there's a $50 change fee per package, along with any fees from third-party hotels or suppliers. Disney does reserve the right to limit changes, too.

From my own experience, if you need to adjust your travel party size, as long as you do it 30 days or more ahead of your check-in date, you should be just fine! But the best way to get specific answers to your case is to give Disney Hotel Reservations a call once you're ready to make those changes—they're super helpful!

I can't wait to hear all about your magical plans for next year, Ronnie! If you have any other questions in the meantime, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always here to help out awesome friends like you!

    Cheers,
    Nilson
