Hi, we visited Disney world in October 24 and had 7 day tickets, on the app it says we have 4 days remaining and valid till 10/11/25, does this mean if we were to visit again before that date we could use our original tickets or would we have to buy new??

Hi Steven and welcome back to planDisney.

It's always extra special to be able to help a fellow UK Guest with the planning of a trip to my number 1 holiday destination - Walt Disney World!

When purchasing UK and Ireland Exclusive 7-day Disney Magic Tickets from here in the UK, a 7-Day Magic Ticket includes seven days of admission to be used across a 15 day window. So, for example, if you selected the 1st April 2025 as the start date of your ticket, it would be valid on any 7 days from the 1st - 15th April 2025.

Once you have passed the 15th April 2025, these tickets should have expired and would therefore no longer be available to use.

If you can still see the tickets from your last visit to Walt Disney World, in October 2024, in the "My Tickets & Passes" section of the My Disney Experience App and it states that they are valid through 11 October 2025 then it certainly appears as though they are still able to be used but, technically, they shouldn't be.

In this instance, Steven, I would recommend calling the Disney Park Tickets line to see if they can verify if the tickets are indeed valid for use through 11 October 2025, or not.

Other options would be as follows:-

1/ Speak to a Cast Member via the "Chat With Us" function on the My Disney Experience App.

You can find the "Chat With Us" option on the My Disney Experience App by clicking on the "≡" (hamburger) symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the home screen and scrolling down to the Help & Feedback section.

    2/ By emailing ticket.usage@disneyworld.com.

When sending your email, you would need to include the following:-

Photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket
    Your full name
Where and when your ticket was purchased
Purchaser’s name and form of payment
Phone number where you can be reached during the day

Please keep the total email size, including attachments, below 20 MB and do also bear in mind that it normally takes 14 business days for a response.

I'm sorry that I can't give you a concrete answer on this occasion, Steven, but, unfortunately, I am unable to access information specifically relating to your park tickets / My Disney Experience account.

If, however, we can be of any further help with the planning of a future visit to Walt Disney World, you know where we are. You can even ask me a question directly.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
