    I visited Disney World in August and purchased some merchandise. One item is defective. It is a blue t-shirt with the castle and an outline of Walt and Mickey. I put my shirt on for the first time today and the stitching only goes 1/2 way around.

    I hope you had a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort in August! I also visited this past summer, and my family loved seeing Cinderella Castle all dressed up for The World's Most Magical Celebration. I can't wait to get back to experience all the anniversary fun!

    I'm sorry to hear your t-shirt isn't sewn correctly. I've had trouble with souvenirs in the past, and have had a great experience contacting Merchandise Guest Services. I find it easiest to communicate via email at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. If you have a receipt, you can attach a copy as well as a photo of the shirt; this will speed the process along. You'll need to indicate the date of purchase and item number, or if you don't have a receipt, they'll ask to see a credit card statement. Once the Cast Member has the information they need, they will let you know your options for replacing the item. You may also call and speak with a Cast Member by calling (877) 560-6477.
