We have visited Disney several times but not for Christmas yet and r thinking of visiting Nov. 2 - Nov. 9th. My question is that a good time to go and be able to experience the Christmas magic? or do you need to go closer to Christmas?

    Hi there, Melissa!

Typically, the Christmas decorations in Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios don't go up until around the second week of November.  Last year, the decorations were up, for the most part, on November 9th.  Holidays Around the World at Epcot Theme Park began on November 23 for 2012.   Usually the Magic Kingdom is all decked out just in time for the first Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party which begins on November 8th this year.  You might catch some Christmas magic towards the end of your travel week.  If you want to experience the holidays in full swing, however, you may want to consider adjusting your dates a bit.

Please let me know if I can help with any additional questions.  I am happy to help.

Until then, I wish you a magical vacation!
