I've visited Disney sev times...Jan,March,June. I want 2visit a time where u can swim still but want it 2b a unique time of year, good weather. Didnt kno if I shoud stick w Spring or would u suggest Sept/Oct? Was concerned w food festival being too crowded

    Hi, Tiffany!

Believe it or not, there are hardy souls who will swim all year round! Remember that every pool at Walt Disney World is heated, up to a comfortable 82F, depending upon the temperature outside.

Would you consider a mid-November trip? You'll get all of the excitement of holiday time, and in Florida, will still be able to swim comfortable (I would not make the same gamble for December).

October, as you note, is another great time to visit. The crowd level, while higher than average, is more manageable than much of Spring, populated as it is with Spring Breakers.

Think about the weeks just after Labor Day. It's definitely warm enough for pool fun, and you'll find crowds are much lower; children are mostly back in school, and it's kind of a lull before fall travel season and holiday time pick up.

I'd love to know what you decide; what a glorious dilemma to have!

    See you later, celebrator,
