We visited Disney in 2006. When we saw Fantasmic, we thought it was great! We told some family members make sure see it when they visited Disney last month. When they came back they all said Fantasmic was BORING! Has it changed that much since 2006?

Hi, Nancy!   Just as with everything in life, what one person finds fantastic (or Fantasmic!) someone else will find boring.   I really haven't noticed changes over the years to this nighttime spectacular, but perhaps you just each enjoy something different.

I think this is one of the really great things about a vacation to Walt Disney World - there is something for everyone!   Not every attraction is going to appeal to everyone, but hopefully each guest finds something magical.

Here is a great example:   many guests walk past "One Man's Dream" in Hollywood Studios or simply breeze through this gallery dedicated to Walt Disney.   For my 7 year old son, this is a MUST SEE for every vacation.  And he won't go to see Fantasmic!   So you just never know what will appeal to someone!

Hopefully your family members found something amazing that they brought home as a wonderful memory of Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
