So sorry to hear you’re having issues with your son’s lightsaber that you’ve built fairly recently! How frustrating it must be that you’re having problems. Unfortunately, I’m unable to assist you directly regarding your lightsaber. However, I checked with the Gatherers at
Savi’s Workshop and they recommend
sending an email to a friendly Cast Member who can assist you. In the email form you submit, under “subject line”, please choose “Disneyland Resort Merchandise”. Simply describe the issues you’re having with your lightsaber and click “Send” on the bottom. You’ll soon receive a response from a Cast Member.
