    I visited Disney land on November 24,2021. I remember I had Disney gift card balance on my Disney account it was linked. I can’t find find physical copy of gift card but I am sure I did have some balance on it. Can you please help how to locate gift card

    My first tip is to log in to your Disney account on the new Disney Gift Card website to see if it's still linked to your account. If you find it there, you will still need to find the physical card or the card's number to be able to spend the funds. You can also get in touch with the Disney Gift Cards team to see if there's another option to find and use the funds. 

    Since you're facing this situation now, let me share a tip about using and managing Disney Gift Cards that might be useful to you in the future. I always keep one special edition Disney Gift Card in my wallet and buy all other gift cards online. Since I receive my gift cards via email, I can always look back and find their numbers to manage funds and add them to the physical card that I always have on me.
