Jambo Suzanne!
Welcome to
planDisney. I'm delighted to hear about your return to the
Most Magical Place on Earth! There have been a lot of exciting additions to the Disney Parks since your last vacation. Adventure and thrills await!
The Tree of Life is such a beautiful theme park icon. I remember seeing it lit up during a November visit when the sun set early. You're right; it was so magical! Park hours are typically posted 60 days in advance but, even then, are subject to change as Walt Disney World makes adjustments. At this time, we don't know if
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park will be open after dark this fall or next. I recommend checking Park Hours online within two months of your stay and then again upon arrival. Once you've arrived in Orlando, you can view park hours on the My Disney Experience mobile app and the welcome screen of your in-room television if you're a Guest of a hotel in the
Disney Resorts Collection. You can also ask your digital assistant, "Hey Disney!" about park hours.
Quick tip: When Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park closes early, extend your day with dinner at a nearby resort restaurant. I like
Boma - Flavors of Africa at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Sanaa at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. Both restaurants are just a short bus ride from the theme park.
I hope this is helpful, Suzanne. As your holiday approaches, stay tuned to
our Instagram account and the
Disney Parks Blog for updates on new experiences arriving in Walt Disney World in
2024 and beyond. My family and I can't wait to ride Tiana's Bayou Adventure in
Magic Kingdom Park! Thanks for stopping by planDisney, and don't hesitate to come back as you think of more questions about your upcoming getaway.
Have a magical day,
Betsy
